Pianos Become The Teeth Release New Single

Maryland's Pianos Become The Teeth has released the first single off their new record, titled Repine, on Rdio. The new record is titled Keep You and will be released this fall on Epitaph Records.

No Sleep Records Signs Baltimore’s In Between

Huntington Beach indie label No Sleep Records is proud to welcome Baltimore based rock band In Between to the label’s burgeoning, diverse roster.  The quintet has written and recorded new music, which is expected out later this year.

“When friends in Pianos Become The Teeth and Hostage Calm send you a band to check out - you do,” adds label president, Chris Hansen.  “And my ears were pleased with what I heard.  In Between is a great mixture of raspy vocals and 90’s pop punk. Be prepared.”

Pianos Become The Teeth to release The Lack Long After on November 1st

Boston, MA indie Topshelf Records will release the new record from Baltimore, MD rock band Pianos Become The Teeth on November 1st. Titled The Lack Long After, the album was recorded by Kevin Bernsten at Developing Nations Studio, where the band’s previous effort Old Pride was recorded.

Pianos Become The Teeth has a melodic yet uncompromising sound that brings to mind such diverse and influential bands as Thursday, Envy and City of Caterpillar. Brimming with sincerity and brandishing an experimental ambiance, the band is pushing beyond the boundaries of a stale genre. Mixing elements of screamo, hardcore as well as post rock, The Lack Long After breathes new life into a once decaying scene. Pianos Become The Teeth will be doing a full US tour this fall in support of their new record with Touché Amoré and Seahaven (w/ Circle Takes The Square playing a few select dates as well). The tour will span from October 31st to December 11th. Check out the dates below:
