This Day In Music History: August 21st

On this day, August 21st, in 1990 glam metal band Ratt released their fifth studio album. Dubbed ‘Detonator’ the album met great criticism due to the quality of the songs. Although the album received heavy criticism, some popular tracks of the album were “Givin’ Yourself Away”, “Lovin’ You’s a Dirty Job”, and “Hard Time”. The band also did remarkably well in the US and UK charts, as well as having some singles chart too. Listen to the album below!
