With the big night right around the corner, the 2017 Journeys Alternative Press Music Awards, Fueled by Monster Energy are pleased to announce that fans will once again be able to watch the show live from anywhere in the world! The APMAs will broadcast live from Cleveland's legendary Quicken Loans Arena starting at 7:00 p.m. ET/4:00 p.m. PT on Monday, July 17.
This year the APMAs will once again team up with Amazon Music for the exclusive live stream of the show, allowing fans to watch in real time. The APMAs will be available at www.music.amazon/apmas on mobile phones, Macs and PCs, as well as globally onAmazon Music's official Twitch channel at www.twitch.tv/amazonmusic.
Alternative Press also announced a free show the day before the APMA's with performances from State Champs, Broadside, Sleep On It, and more in honor of their fans/supporters. The APMA's Fan Day will happen on July 16th at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame from 1pm-7pm.
And as if it couldn't get any better, Alternative Press has teamed up with Emo Nite to bring the best after party Cleveland has ever seen. Following the music award ceremony, Mahall's in Lakewood will host the EMO NITE X APMAS party for fans.
From 11 p.m. to 2 a.m., fans can rock out with special guests and perfect-party throwers EMO NITE LA. This event is open to all ages, and anyone who is familiar with Emo Nite knows to expect some star-studded appearances.
