Slayer Announce Two Reunion Shows

Slayer will be returning to the stage during two festivals later this year. You can catch the group at Riot Fest in Chicago, IL on September 22 and at Louder Than Life in Louisville, KY on September 27. Frontman Tom Araya said the following about the reunion:

“Nothing compares to the 90 minutes when we’re on stage playing live, sharing that intense energy with our fans, and to be honest, we have missed that.”

Guitarist Kerry King added:

“Have I missed playing live? Absolutely. Slayer means a lot to our fans; they mean a lot to us. It will be five years since we have seen them.”
