Don't hold your breath for Slayer/Dave Lombardo reunion, Slayer fans. The legendary drummer told Metal Hammer in an interview that he will never be behind the kit for the band ever again. He is quoted as saying the following:
"No. That's it. I'm done now. I've got lots of other things on my plate and I now know that, when it comes to money, you don't have any friends in this business. I won't ever be going back."
The interview elaborates on the relationship Lombardo had with the band, which deteriorated over time. As you may remember, Lombardo was unceremoniously fired back in early 2013 and was replaced by Paul Bostaph, whom replaced Lombardo before back int the early 90's.
