Green Day is the PERFECT example of a band who can stand the test of time.

On September 6th, the band made a rare Alabama appearance and played for two and a half hours to the crowd in Orange Beach.

British Alt-Rock band Catfish and the Bottlemen impressed the crowd of southerners. Several were overheard comparing them to a modern day Beatles-meets-Sex Pistols-meets-One Direction.

Green Day came out at 8:30 on the dot with a very loud BANG straight into "Know Your Enemy." (The drunk bunny also made an appearance .)

Throughout the night, they played fan favorites from their extensive catalogue such as "Minority", "Boulevard of Broken Dreams", and "Basket Case", while also touching on some deep cuts like "Youngblood", "Letterbomb", and "Forever Now."

The night ended with a beautiful "Good Riddance" which left some of the crowd in tears.

Green Day is definitely a band that everyone should see at least once in their lifetime. HEY-OH!
