On This Day In Music History: April 7th

On this day, April 7th, in 1985  London band Wham! became the first western act to play in China. Spending 10 days in China, Wham! played a concert to 5,000 people in Canton as well as one in front of the Beijing People's Gymnasiums for 12,000 people. The band played both shows with out pay.  Check out a playlist of Wham!'s top hits!
