On this day, February 22, in 1993 Radiohead releases album "Pablo Honey". Containing three chart topping singles "Anyone Can Play Guitar", "Stop Whispering", and well known hit "Creep" the album did well. Certified platinum in the UK and other countries, Pablo Honey peaked at #22 on the UK Album Chart. Whoa! 24 years ago today! Oh how time flies!
You're injured. You have crutches. You spent a ridiculous amount of money to secure a spot in the pit, but should you still go? Yes, if you feel up to it. But for the love of all things holy, if you decide to attend any show -especially heavier shows- with crutches do not ruin everyones night. A few nights back, I attended a show that was on the heavier end of the spectrum. All was going well until the band took the stage and fans began to push forward to the barrier. Some girl's friend began screaming to give her friend space and that we - the fans- were hurting her. Excuse me? The venue does have back standing room.
