Venera (Korn, Etc.) Premiere New Song “Disintegration”

Venera, the electronic project featuring Korn’s James “Munky” Shaffer and composer/filmmaker Chris Hunt, have teamed up with Deantoni Parks (ex-The Mars Volta) for a new track called “Disintegration.” That song will appear on their self-titled debut album, which is set to be released on October 13. Hunt commented:

“We hoped to explore drifting, gridless timelines of drums and guitars, which converge midway in a wall of harmony and chorale. Blake [Butler]’s text sees and explodes light and experience in a way that is deeply committed to density and emotion — an honest voice in ‘Disintegration.’”
