For starters, what bands were you guys a part of prior to (insert band/artist name here)? How long has the band been around?
We´ve been constant members of this band since its begin in 2010.
What’s the origin of that name and have you changed the band’s name before?
The name is just an express of our sense of humor. Of course we do like nature and animals too!
Who writes your songs? What are the main themes or topics for most of your songs and do you think these topics will change over time?
The songs are being completed together, however the main riffs and thoughts comes from David (lead guitarist) who's also a producer of the album. We're an instrumental band so themes and topics are mostly influenced by our current mood. We try to do and play what we like and bring some wide spectrum of genres to the heavy scene.
What bands are currently inspiring the music that you’re making?
Robert Glasper, Hiatus Kaiyote, Animals As Leaders, Thundercat, The Bad Plus
Was there a particular band/artist or concert that inspired you to start a band?
Definitely Protest the Hero / Baroness/ Human Abstract / The Dillinger Escape Plan
What do you do to prepare for a show? Any flexing, exercises, etc …
We do some stretching, keep our hands warm and play a lot of arpeggios and paradiddles haha.
What has been the biggest highlight of the band’s career so far?
We did a support for Periphery/Soilwork/Veil Of Maya/Good Tiger at their show in Prague and also we played at the Brutal Assault Festival.
If you could tour with any bands, past or present, who would they be and why?
Animals As Leaders, sikTh, Chon, The Number Twelve Looks Like You, The Safety Fire, Arcane Roots, Russian Circles etc.
