This Day In Music History: November 23rd

On this day, November 23rd, in 1999 American heavy metal band Metallica released their live album S&M via Elektra Records. Filmed at The Berkeley Community Theater in April of 1999 this was the last record to feature Jason Newsted on bass. The record would peak at number two on the US Billboard 200, as well as charting high in numerous other countries. Listen below!
