On this day, March 9th, in 1997 The Notorious B.I.G ( Christopher Wallace) was killed at the age of 24. Shot in Los Angeles four times by an unknown assailant, Wallace was rushed to Sinai Medical Center where he was pronounced dead later that night. Wallace was well known for his 1994 work "Ready to Die".
