WithinHealth have shared a look at body positivity through the lens of music fans. 64% of those with a positive self-image were rock fans, while 23% were metal fans. The study also singles out Queen, Guns N’ Roses, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, and Pink Floyd as the rock artists who make people more confident and Metallica, Tool, Nirvana, Five Finger Death Punch, and Avenged Sevenfold as the “metal” artists who make people more confident.
