Arriving at NRG stadium around 11 the weather was actually pretty clear, besides a few clouds covering. It wasnt too hot, which meant it was going to be a good day. I made my way to the blowup schedule and wrote down who I was going to shoot for the day, starting with Neck Deep, who was to go on stage at that time.
Neck Deep is an intimate pop-punk band and playing a stage with barricade is unusual of them, But this did not take away from their performance at all. The crowd was packed together jumping to the music and singing along the entire time. The band played a track off of all of their albums and EP's, even their new single "Can't Kick Up The Roots" from their upcoming album Life's Not Out To Get You. Although it was early in the morning, everyone didnt fail to show their level of energy and crowd surf up to Ben Barlow yelling the words to each song back to him. [10/10]

Moose Blood is a band who I was unfamiliar with before I had walked into NRG Stadium in Houston this day. I had known of them but had never previously listened to their music. They pulled a pretty large crowd in for coming all the way from England. The crowd sang along with each of their tracks. I was highly impressed with their performance and the sound of their music, and will be listening to them in the future. Not knowing of them before, I'm unsure of their setlist on this day, but I do suggest to everyone to check them out as well if you havent yet. [8/10]
Next up was one of Houston's local bands, Fear Me, King Me. Performing on the Ernie Ball stage, they pulled a very large crowd from their hometown. The crowd had full energy even though the sun had come out and it was getting hot out, this had not stopped them; jumping, singing and mosh pits filled the audience. Metal band, August Burns Red went on stage next. ABR brought a massive crowd to the main stage. The band brought high energy in the beating sun and didnt fail to put on a show at all. I will say this was one of the best sets of the day by far.

The Neon He-Man, Riff Raff, came onto stage in his hometown. Usually when attending a show I don't usually check these sorts of acts out but it was Riff Raff, so I had to. Riff Raff has blown up recently in the last year or so with his most popular tracks; "Tip Towing In My Jawwdinz", "Dolce & Gabbana" and "How To Be The Man", which he also performed during his set. He pulled one of the largest crowds of the day, and had everyones arms moving back and forth during the whole performance. [9/10]
Now, Miss May I. This is a metal band from Ohio who has a ton of fans in Houston, and this was proved today. The band opened their set with the song "Hey Mister" which had everyone screaming the lyrics right back at them. At one point during their first three songs their vocalist, Levi Benton, had the crowd do the popular, wall of death. The audience had this high energy all the way through the 8 songs they had performed. [10/10]

Next is the first hardcore band I stopped to see on this day; Hundredth. Seeing Hundredth before in venues, it was hard to imagine what their performance was going to be like on a Warped Tour stage with the gap between them and the audience. To my surprise, Chadwick, the vocalist was on the barricade with the fans most of the set. Their set was high energy and fast paced. [10/10]
Next up is one of my favorite bands to see live; Being As An Ocean. This band is an intimate melodic-hardcore band from California. This band really made the crowd feel like they were a part of them. Joel, the vocalist was not on stage much at all. In fact, he was mostly on the barricade or in the crowd himself. Being as an ocean has also just released their new self-titled album, which they performed songs off of during. They made a special shout out to Joel's preacher, Richie, who opened his and others at his church about equal rights, and made a shoutout to the US & LGBT+ community on legalizing marriage across the country. [10/10]
Up next on the blow up schedule is Palisades. Palisades is a rock/trap band. Yes, I know it sounds a bit odd of a mix, but they really make it work and put on a show. This was the first time watching them perform for me, and I was impressed with how well they mix post-hardcore and EDM, or as they call it, #sadtrap. They brought high energy, and had everyone jumping along. [10/10]
Pierce The Veil is a band whom we haven't heard from in a while, But recently they had released their new single, The Divine Zero, and their appearance all summer on Warped Tour. This band has a huge fanbase to say the least. I'm not even sure if there were people who weren't watching their set, due to how large the crowd was. The band opened with their new single and closed with "King For A Day". [10/10]

Second to last was Beartooth, who describes their genre as simply "loud". Loud is exactly what they were, in the best way I must say. The crowd was bouncing and singing along. The band played tracks off of both their albums, opening with "The Lines" and closing with "Body Bag". If you have not checked this band out yet, I highly suggest to, they really put on a show. [9/10]

Last but not least, Attila. This band is notorious for it's reckless lyrics and attitude. They pulled the largest crowd of the night, and also closed the night of Warped Tour. During their set they pulled out large red containers and white balls and had the audience play "Beer pong" with them in exchange for a surprise. The band played around 8 songs and then told everyone Warped Tour was over. Their performance was the last of the night but didnt keep the crowd any calmer than during the day. [10/10]
