Of Mice & Men recently reissued their third studio album, Restoring Force: Full Circle, on February 24 via Rise Records. They're currently doing a world tour in support of the album.
After Katy Perry's Dark Horse played over the PA, the lights went down and the Atlanta crowd roared as Volumes took the stage. The band launched right into The Mixture, the first song from No Sleep. Volumes pulled out a lesser known track as well; Erased. It was Gus's birthday so the crowd sang happy birthday while they band closed their set with Wormholes. The crowd reaction was okay. You could tell who was there for the headliner/support.

I've seen Crown The Empire a handful of times but I'm still not familiar enough with their material to know their songs by heart. I do like that Johnny Ringo song though.

The first two times Of Mice & Men played The Tabernacle, they were opening for A Day to Remember and Bring Me The Horizon, respectively. If you've ever been to this venue, you'll know how it sounds downstairs near the merch tables when the band is playing. The ceiling/floor flexing from everyone moshing above. An eerie Emergency Alert sound played while the band took the stage to say hello before playing Public Service Announcement. They set consisted mainly of songs from Restoring Force and its deluxe reissue, Full Circle. I was surprised they played songs from the first album. Usually, bands wanna play their newer material when they put out a new record. The band's encore opened with my favorite track from The Flood deluxe reissue, The Depths. Their final song was You're Not Alone, which is odd considering Second & Sebring is their most popular song. Catch this tour if it's coming to your city and get there early for Volumes.
