Show Review: Excision (Atlanta, GA)

Twas a cold night in February when Excision came to The Tabernacle in Atlanta, GA.

Minnesota was great. I'm not familiar with the openers so forgive me if this review is vague. I believe there was one more opener before him but I just missed it due to the incompetence of my ride.

Protohype's music was bass heavy. Moreso than your typical EDM artist. It sounded like it had a bit of chiptune mixed in as well.

Excision advertised this as his last tour using the Executioner sound and video setup. 150,000 watts of PK Sound which was complemented by the venue's perfect sound. 8 Bit Superhero, X-Rated, and a few songs from his new album, Codename X made the cut into his setlist. I'm not exaggerating when I say the entire venue was shaking from all the bass.
