Premiere: The Modbeats’ - The Passers-Bye

Hailing from New Jersey, The Modbeats are a four-piece band reviving the spirit of rock ‘n’ roll. Today, we’re premiering their new song, “The Passers-Bye.” Listen to it below!

This was the first time I collaborated on a song with anyone. J. Vincent Vassallo, a close friend, who is an artist and screenwriter, had the lyrics to the chorus and first verse he had planned to use for a poem. I had been messing around with the music and melody for some time, but it just seemed to fit, and hence 'The Passers-Bye' was born. People go about their days and get on the hamster wheel of modern American life without any real thought as to why.

Everyone we encounter  in daily life is putting on a brave face, but there has to be something deeper going on inside, doesn’t there?!
