This song really stands out in a special way to me in contrast to the rest of my upcoming album. Not only does it feature Andrew Wells (my progressive post-hardcore hero), but it leans harder into the indie-rock sound. Although the message of the lyrics is quite cynical, I think there is an endearing and resonating message for what it means to be human - we make mistakes, we live with them. Our guilt is proof of a moral compass.
