On This Day In Music History: April 9th

On this day, April 9th, in 1971 Elton John released his fifth studio album 17-11-70. Taken from an radio broadcast the two side 49 minute song was also John's first live album.  The album produced tracks such as "Bad Side Of The Moon" and " Honky Tonk Women". The album would peak at number 11 on the US Billboard Pop Album Chart. Check it out below!
