Midnight are streaming “Violence On Violence” from their “Satanic Attack Live!” album. You can check that out below. The live effort, which was recorded during May 2026 shows at Knucklehead in Los Angeles, CA, will be out on November 6. Athenar said the following:
“No ‘unleashed in the studio’ or ‘unalive!’ here. All the popcorn tempos, forgotten lyrics, and shit notes are there for your taste buds to savor. I would love to hear what kind of live album Steely Dan would record while wearing masks, leather, spikes, bullets, and chains in a 1000degree smokey club full of rabid maniacs throwing beer on your wah-wah pedal, knocking microphones into your teeth, clawing at your crotch, headbanging into your headstock, and generally doing what they should be doing at a Midnight concert! I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
