Less Than Jake Announce 2016 Wake And Bake Festival

Less Than Jake have revealed the details for this year’s “Wake And Bake” festival. The event will take place at the Vivid Music Hall in Gainesville, FL on March 13-14 and it will find the band celebrating the 30th anniversary of “Losing Streak” and the 25th anniversary of “Borders And Boundaries.” Voodoo Glow Skulls, Teenage Bottlerocket, Bite Me Bambi, The Boy Detective, and Joker’s Republic will take part as well.

A kickoff party featuring Rehasher will also be held on March 12 at Loosey’s Downtown. Lee Than Jake will also play an acoustic set at First Magnitude Brewery on March 14.

The band commented:

“It’s always fun and humbling to play in our hometown of Gainesville and what better way than to have your friends along with you? VOODOO GLOWSKULLS and TEENAGE BOTTLEROCKET are always fun and having up and coming acts like BITE ME BAMBI, THE BOY DETECTIVE and JOKER’S REPUBLIC showcase their talents is always our favorite thing to do! And, while we at it, we will be playing LOSING STREAK and BORDER AND BOUNDARIES over the course of the two nights! We hope to see you all in Gainesville to thaw out from this CRAZY winter and HEAT UP Vivid music Hall March 13 + 14!”
