Hearts & Hands’ debut full length album My Own Machine is available at the iTunes Store, and includes an instant download of the track, “The Chosen Ones.” The iTunes album will be offered at a limited time price of $6.99. Various merch pre-order bundles for My Own Machine are also available at MerchNow. My Own Machine is set for release on September 30th and was produced by Stephen Hawkes (Attila).
