Deep Purple Share Remixed And Remastered Version Of “Clearly Quite Absurd” And 2005 Studio Jam Version Of “MTV”

Deep Purple are streaming two tracks from the remixed/remastered 20th anniversary edition of “Rapture Of The Deep” (out August 29). You can check out the updated take on “Clearly Quite Absurd” and a 2005 studio jam version of “MTV” below. Roger Glover commented:

“‘Clearly Quite Absurd’ is a very unusual Deep Purple song, which I like. We’ve always liked being unusual. We don’t follow traditions, really. We are just who we are at a specific time.”
