Four Bands To Catch At This Years Warped Tour

With less than a week until the start of Warped Tour, many people and bands are getting every little bit in gear so they are fully prepared for such a festival. But most importantly, we can't forget about the music. Now for most people, like myself, attending any music festivals means you want to catch your favorite musicians first and foremost. The thing is, every year, festivals all around the world become stages for bands who are unknown to many and or you may not have heard of, making it a perfect time to check out new artists! So here are bands to check out on this years Vans Warped Tour!

Assuming We Survive- Taking the hard work from the studio to the stage, Assuming We Survive have been taking the world by storm! The brainchild of vocalist Adrian Estrella and drummer Kris Pasos, Assuming We Survive started off in 2007. Working their way up from the local scene to The Vans Warped Tour, the band will be back for a second year of summer fun! Check out their single “Better Without You”.

Microwave- Alternative at its finest, Georgia band Microwave is the flare you’ll need this summer. With straight forward music and emotional lyrics Microwave first emerge in 2012. Check out their track “Vomit” below!

The Gospel Youth- Melodic and catchy,The Gospel Youth will be that one band you wish you discovered earlier. With lyrics that will hit you like a sucker punch, the strong yet light vocals will take you on an adventure. The Gospel Youth’s debut album will be released on July 14th via Rise Records!

TiLLie- Independent musician tiLLie is in my opinion the hidden gem of this year’s Van Warped Tour. Straightforward and unapologetic tiLLie doesn't shy away from stating her opinions through her music. For fans of Melanie Martinez and Ellie Goulding.
