The DEVIN TOWNSEND PROJECT’s new CD/DVD set, The Retinal Circus, is now available for pre-order at CM Distro! Due out October 29th in the USA via InsideOut Music, The Retinal Circus takes place at London’s historic Roundhouse venue and includes a three hour plus performance that spans Devin Townsend’s entire career.

With a full choir and theatrical cast, visual and aural enhancements unlike any show Devin has done to date, several special guests, circus performances and more, this CD/DVD set is a must-have for any Hevy Devy fan!

Scar The Martyr Release 'Blood Host' Video

Slipknot member Joey Jordison unveils his new project, Scar The Martyr. Recognized globally as one of the best drummers in rock, Jordison is both a primary songwriter and the drummer for the Grammy Award winning Slipknot. Recorded at Sound Farm Studios in Des Moines, IA, Scar The Martyr’s self-titled debut album, was produced by Rhys Fulber and will arrive in-stores on September 30 via Roadrunner Records.

It was also announced today that Scar The Martyr will be supporting Alice In Chains on their UK tour this November. The video and dates are below.

UNDERCROFT stream new album

Cult Chilean metal band UNDERCROFT are streaming 'Ruins of Gomorrah' in it’s entirety at No Clean Singing. The new album features the song “El Triunfo de La Muerte”, which saw a music video release earlier this year.

UNDERCROFT have released ‘Ruins of Gomorrah’ through Season of Mist. The album is available on CD, and a limited edition Double LP (with download card).

UNDERCROFT, featuring Alvaro Lillo (WATAIN),  have come a long way since emerging from the underground in ‘93. Their reputation spread quickly through South America with their early albums and shows with KREATOR and MORBID ANGEL before the band relocated to Europe. Now they return with ‘Ruins of Gommorah’, their first new album in six years. The Daniel Bergstrand (MESHUGGAH, BEHEMOTH, STRAPPING YOUNG LAD) produced album is a burning attack of pure, old-school metal.
