Another release has been confirmed for the November 12 launch day of Puscifer TV.
Maynard James Keenan (Tool, Puscifer, etc.) has released a new short film called “An Easter Story.”
In a 2013 interview with Marc Maron on his podcast, Maynard James Keenan let it slip that he was working on a biography with a friend of his. Until now, Keenan’s fans have had access to only an abridged version of his story. That all will change with the release of A Perfect Union of Contrary Things, coming out November 8th via Backbeat Books.
Puscifer, who kick off their Money Shot - Round 2 tour on March 17, have added several new shows:
Puscifer is streaming their new album, Money Shot, via Pandora. "I don't really know how else to talk about it other than it's more," said Keenan. "It really is kind of a culmination of all the things I've been exposed to and inspired by over the years. That combination of the digital programming combined with that acoustic element of the harmonies.... Trying to find that actual pulse, that breath of life within the digital landscape — and then just going ahead and bringing it in for real."
Puscifer kick off their North American tour on Nov. 1 at the Monster Mash Festival and have premiered a video for the title track from the outfit’s upcoming album, Money Shot (Oct. 30, Puscifer Entertainment). “Tossing out a few more cryptic Luchador flavored bread crumbs with this one,” says Maynard James Keenan of the Tim Cadiente/Puscifer directed clip. “Confused? Don't tweak your noodle. As with all of Puscifer's and Billy D's journeys, linear has no place here. Just embrace the chaos and enjoy the ride." View the video and tour dates below.
Puscifer, who recently announced a new album, Money Shot and the release of the “Grand Canyon” video, will be returning to the road, kicking off a six-week outing on Nov. 1 at the Monster Mash Festival in Phoenix. Preorder the album here and view the track list along with tour dates below.
