Yooka-Laylee is an all-new open-world platformer from the key creative talent behind Banjo-Kazooie and Donkey Kong Country. Playtonic Games just released the E3 Trailer for the game and pushed back the release date:
It’s fair to say that Steve Mayles is the ‘father’ of some the most beloved characters in gaming. During his 22-years at Rare Steve created iconic stars such as Banjo and Kazooie and the Donkey Kong Country series’ modern Kong family.
Rare and Xbox is teaming up with iam8bit to deliver a few classic soundtracks from your childhood. Along with the Battletoads vinyl announced at San Diego Comic Con, iam8bit will also be releasing the soundtracks for Banjo Kazooie, and Perfect Dark. Both were composed by the one and only, Grant Kirkhope. Each album is limited edition, with only 3,000 copies being made available.
