Early on January 29th, the streets of downtown San Antonio were flooding with video game enthusiasts making their way toward the Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center as PAX South was opening their doors for the second year in a row. PAX (Penny Arcade Expo) is a series of weekend long conventions that has four locations across America and one stop in Australia. It’s set apart from conventions that also make their way through San Antonio such as Alamo City Comic Con and San Japan by being exclusive to gaming. It exhibits developers and producers on both a large and independent scale. This was my first time at any sort of convention but the experience was a great one.
