The release date has been revealed for the new “Metalocalypse” film, “Metalocalypse: Army Of The Doomstar.”
BABYMETAL and Dethklok will be hitting the road on a co-headlining tour later this year.
System Of A Down’s Serj Tankian has teamed up with Dethklok‘s Brendon Small, Bryan Beller, and Gene Hoglan (also of Testament) to record a cover of Blue Öyster Cult‘s “Godzilla.“
Adult Swim is pleased to reveal that DETHKLOK’s new album, Metalocalypse: Dethklok Dethalbum III, has debuted at #10 on the Billboard Top 200 charts in its first week! The album has also debuted at #1 on the Hard Music Albums chart. Metalocalypse: Dethklok Dethalbum III was released last week via Williams Street Records, the network’s independent music label. This is the highest debut charting position that DETHKLOK has garnered since the beginning of the show.
When asked to comment about the #10 debut, DETHKLOK co-creator Brendon stated, “Thanks to the fans for actually buying music in a world where they don’t have to.”
