Black Dog Prowl is considered one of Washington, D.C.'s hardest hitting rock bands. The four-piece showcases original material ranging from the slow, down-tuned to a fast-paced kick in the teeth. If one insists on drawing a line to the familiar, BDP has drawn sonic comparisons to the likes of Soundgarden, Torche, and Nirvana.
D.C indie rock band, Black Dog Prowl have released their new single and video “No Robots” today.
Black Dog Prowl premiered exclusively on The Vinyl District Thursday May 16th. The video premiered with a Vinyl District rite of passage, with lead singer/guitarist Josh Finver penning a reflective piece about his formative years during which he sold his dad’s vinyl collection for a “TVD First Date”.
