I Surrender Records Presents: "Our Voices"

I Surrender Records, run by former Midtown drummer Rob Hitt, Gaby Fainsilber, and Alex Sarti will release, I Surrender Records Presents: Our Voices, on November 25. This is the first in what the label hopes will become an ongoing series of EPs featuring original solo tracks from the members of some of the biggest and most influential punk and indie bands.

The initial EP, which is premiering on Absolutepunk.net at http://goo.gl/AZC6MG, features brand new music from Adam Lazzara of Taking Back Sunday, Anthony Raneri of Bayside, Chris Conley of Saves The Day, and Vinnie Caruana of I Am The Avalanche.

The Used/Taking Back Sunday will be doing a tour around March to April. Bert McCracken said on Warped Tour that they’d be back “next year for Taste of Chaos" Dates/venues TBA. There’s a good chance that this could be it. Stay tuned for more exclusives

Reggie And The Full Effect To Release New Album

James Dewees partnered with Pure Noise Records for the upcoming release of his newest LP, No Country For Old Musicians, out November 19th. It will feature guest appearances by Frank Iero, Adam Lazzara, Allison Weiss, Sean Ingram and Ray Toro. Reggie is best known as for Reggie and The Full Effect/The Get Up Kids, but has been involved in writing and touring with both New Found Glory and My Chemical Romance. After taking a break from the music scene, he was inspired by the outpour of support from fans to enter the studio and make another album.
