Randy Blythe's Dark Days Memoir Gets Release Date

Randy Blythe's memoir, "Dark Days: My Tribulation And Trials" will be coming out July 14th via DeCapo Press. View a synopsis of the book below.

"In 2010, a nineteen-year-old super-fan rushed the stage during a LAMB OF GOD concert in Prague. To protect himself, singer Randy Blythe pushed the fan away. Unbeknownst to Blythe, the young man hit his head on the floor when he fell and later died from the injury. Blythe was promptly incarcerated on charges carrying a prison term of five to ten years. Thirty-seven days later, he was released on bail to await trial. Although legal experts told him not to return to the Czech Republic to face the charges, Blythe explained that he 'could not run away from this problem while the grieving family of a dead young man searched hopelessly for answers that [he] might help provide."

In ‘Loud Legacy,’ Ville talks about how he first met Bam and about the duo’s famous friendship. However, Ville does say that Bam sometimes takes too much credit, speaking specifically about the song “Disarm Me (With Your Loneliness),” which Bam believes is about himself.

Stop Wasting Your Energy On This Bullshit Petition And Write Better Music

Brandon Whalen, writing for Medium

If you’re a human being with Internet access on planet Earth who’s moderately affiliated with a music scene, you’ve seen this idiotic petition flying around your feed.

Facebook isn’t fair to bands is the biggest complaint you hear from musicians next to nobody pays for music. Shut your goddamn whine-holes and let’s be smarter.

Spend more of your attention on other platforms. Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Vine, and most importantly YouTube are waiting for you. None of them have algorithms for you to complain about. However, you can’t post utter mindless garbage if you want anyone to care about you.
