Platinum-selling Texas quintet Flyleaf have just announced a string of Summer co-headlining tour dates with P.O.D kicking off on July 13th in Kenosha, WI and wrapping up on August 10th in San Diego, CA. Flyleaf bassist Pat Seals talked about the upcoming tour saying, “Flyleaf is very excited to hit the road this Summer with P.O.D.! Opening for them in 2005 on the Fall Brawl Tour was a very special experience for me, being a fan of the band since the release of “The Fundamental Elements of Southtown.” P.O.D. live is always explosive and heartfelt - it will be a privilege to share the stage once again.”

Loudwire spoke about new singer, Kristen May on her first tour with the band saying she "hit the stage with spunk and charisma. May has her own unique style and vocal deliverance, which was still both hardhitting and melodic. The singer also seemed incredibly comfortable with her new band mates onstage."

The tour supports Flyleaf’s latest release, New Horizons, as critical acclaim keeps pouring in. Alternative Press gave it a 3-out-of-5 stars, ARTISTdirect called the album, “Best album to date,” and Bloody Disgusting extolled is as “Fantastic.” Fans can pick up the album on iTunes now.

Decibel Magazine has recently conducted an interview with French black metallers AOSOTH concerning their new album "IV: Arrow In Heart" (out now on Agonia Records) and their stateside debut at Maryland Deathfest this May. "Our set now consists of a majority of material off IV: An Arrow In Heart" - comments the band on their first ever US show. "We’re using samples and things like that, to complete that feeling of immersion and oppression. It should be a pretty interesting experience for the listeners, although it might also be unpleasant to some." The full interview, along with a new song premiere "One With The Prince With A Thousand Enemies" is available here:
