Faith No More have shared the second video from their album Sol Invictus, debuting a clip brimming with betrayal and revenge for the song “Cone of Shame”.
Faith No More’s landmark debut, We Care A Lot, which was initially released in 1985 and has been out of print for 20 years, sees an Aug. 19 reissue via Bill Gould’s Koolarrow Records. The album is available now for pre-order on CD, digital and vinyl. Fun fact, Grant Kirkhope sampled the title track for Goldeneye 007 on the N64.
Faith No More, who play their final 2015 show on Oct. 25 at the Aftershock Festival, debut the colorful video for “Sunny Side Up”. The clip, which was directed by filmmaker Joe Lynch (The Movie Crypt podcast, and films Everly and Knights of Badassdom), arrives as the band wraps up a whirlwind year.

Rolling Stone are streaming Faith No More's first new single since 1997’s Album of the Year.
“It feels apt that the first track we’re releasing is ‘Motherfucker,’ a song about accountability,” explained Roddy Bottum. “Basically we’ve created, recorded and mixed a new body of work by ourselves and we’re releasing it on our own label. It’s a huge deal for us to only have ourselves to answer to at this point in our career and the song is about that, where the buck stops via the basic imagery of foie gras production, bondage… y’know, stuff like that.”
Their as-of-yet untitled album is being recorded in an Oakland, Calif. studio with Gould handling production. Prior to the new album’s release, Faith No More will headline Australia’s Soundwave Festival in February 2015. Worldwide tour dates will be announced soon.
