Players can log into or create an account with Bethesda.net and fill out other information to sign up for mod testing. Beta testing is set to begin after the release of the "Far Harbor" expansion.

Bethesda Launches Fallout 4 Creation Kit, Game's Official Modding Tools

The developer released the Creation Kit, the same tools used to build the game itself, for free on its website. Players can use the kit to modify quests, characters and other game aspects.

Fallout 4 Mod Support Coming to PC and Consoles

Players will have access to official tools, available for PC in April and Xbox One and Playstation 4 in June, allowing them to build their own content, Todd Howard told Game Informer.

Bethesda Announces $1 Million Prize for Video Game Promotion

Players of the game can become eligible by filling out an online form between Dec. 3 and Jan. 10. A winner will be selected randomly for the prize on Feb. 1, Bethesda announced at The Game Awards.
