Vans Warped Tour is celebrating it's 22nd year on the road. While it is one of the largest traveling music festivals, it has so much more to offer than just music. Vans Warped Tour is also one of the most charitable tours on the road. Hailing from California, Heart to Heart has proved you don’t need anything fancy to create great music. With their 2010 EP Impressions being the thing that helped start Heart to Heart forged their own path, the band has done nothing less than work their tail off.
