The most prominent thing you’ll notice about recording artist Vaeda Black is her powerful stirring voice, reminiscent of early soul, which is most unexpected coming from a sixteen-year-old from New York. But where the real magic lies is in the masterful execution of her songwriting. Vaeda Black is able to tap into a profound and sometimes dark place when she writes, and it’s certainly reflective in her music both lyrically and at times sonically.. Her songwriting and delivery is the wizardry that conjures the soul.

"Neighborhood" tells the story of Noah's hometown of Park Ridge, Illinois calling it "a letter to my friends and family who were there for me from start to finish." Being diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Noah wasn't able to talk until he was 5 years old, but recalls being able to hum at age 4 stating "I always tell people that I learned how to sing before I was able to talk. So music has always been in my life even when I was a kid." Now a sophomore at Belmont University in Nashville, Noah plans to release his debut EP titled All In The Family in January. Each track will be dedicated to a member of his family.
I used to wonder about new ways to get in touch with music lovers beyond the area of my home town, people that would probably enjoy the same music that I do, or that have similar interests in life. That’s the main reason I turned my attention to social media; that virtual space that allows us to have a conversation with people from around the world, burning down the bridges that physical distance creates.
