Almost exactly two years since the release of their breakout album, Leveler, AUGUST BURNS RED are set to return with their highly anticipated fifth album entitled Rescue & Restore, available via Solid State Records on June 25th

The album, described by guitarist and principal songwriter JB Brubaker as the band’s “most ambitious album yet,” turns a critical eye to the oft-maligned genre of metalcore, leading by example to prove that bands can still find exciting new ways to expand the genre.

According to Reuters, Tim Lambesis, lead singer for the heavy metal band As I Lay Dying, was arrested in California on Tuesday on charges that he sought the help of an undercover detective to have his estranged wife killed, police said. The band were scheduled to start a headlining tour at the end of this month. No word on whether that will be canceled.

Lambesis was taken into custody in Oceanside, near San Diego, said San Diego County Sheriff’s Department spokeswoman Jan Caldwell.

Police had previously learned Lambesis was looking for someone to carry out the killing, Caldwell said.

"The information came to us late last week. We acted quickly on it. I believe that we averted a great tragedy," she said.

Caldwell said the ongoing investigation prevented her from disclosing any details about why Lambesis might have wanted to have his wife killed or how police first learned about what they described as his murder plan.

Lambesis’ wife, Meggan, filed papers in San Diego Superior Court in September 2012 seeking a dissolution of marriage, according to an online court database.

Platinum Canadian genre-bending outfit, Down With Webster has now released the official video for their latest single, “One In A Million.” The video, which was directed by Aaron A (Nelly Furtado, mynameiskay), gives fans a look into the DWW live experience. The band spoke about it stating, "we wanted to create a video that captured what the Down With Webster live experience is all about: energy and movement. The idea was to take imagery that resonated with the emotion of the song, and by blasting it on a larger than life scale with the band rocking out, we could unify and magnify them both." Fans can check out the video now through the band’s official YouTube page.

"One In A Million" is now available through iTunes and will be on the band’s upcoming release due out later this year. To stay up to date on all things Down With Webster, make sure to check out their official Facebook and Twitter pages for updates and upcoming tour dates in the US.
