Current members of Killswitch Engage and Shadows Fall and ex members of Overcast and Cannae have combined forces in the project DEATH RAY VISION. These veterans of the Boston metal scene play a raw brand of metallic hardcore that recaptures the energy of their old school hardcore roots infused with all they have learned and experienced as musicians over the past decade. The songs are short blasts of energy and intensity built on thrash metal rhythms and chugging guitar riffs. 

The debut 5 song EP “Get Lost Or Get Dead" will be released May 14, 2013 on Bullet Tooth in 7” Vinyl, Digipack CD, and digital download formats. The first song “Shattered Frames” can be streamed at YouTube! The track listing is:

Ontario pop-rockers Crash! Radio have finished recording their on their forthcoming EP. The quintet returned to the studio in February to record the follow up to September’s much lauded sophomore release, For You, From The Heart. Justin Koop, the man responsible for Grade’s seminal Under The Radar as well as Silverstein’s debut album When Broken is Easily Fixed, is producing the record.

Hailing from the suburbs of Burlington, Ontario, exciting young pop-rock quintet Crash! Radio burst onto the Canadian music scene with the release of two magnificent EPs, with the aforementioned For You, From The Heart projecting them to Ontario wonder kids, landing support slots with the likes of Abandon All Ships & The Envy, as well as signing a distribution deal with Touch Music Publishing in China.

Speaking on their pending EP and the opportunity to work with Justin, the band released the following: We are so excited about this new EP. Justin has worked with so many great bands that we’ve been listening to forever. We’ve come to him with great material and he’s made it that much better. Five Knives have just released a lyric video for the song "Messin’ With My Mind", which is featured on the new EP The Rising, available on iTunes and the band’s official site now. The Rising also features the song “All Fall Down”, the video of which was directed by Bryan Schlam and features the band playing in the midst of an anarchic and brutal roller derby arena. The band’s debut full-length is due out this Summer on Red Bull Records.

The band are about to embark on The MTV Artist To Watch Tour with Twenty One Pilots and New Politics. The tour kicks off March 17th in Birmingham, AL.

On March 26, 2013, legendary punk/thrash icons SUICIDAL TENDENCIES will release their first new music in over 13 years. Eve To Adam are coming back hot onto the scene with a brand new track titled, “Staitjacket Supermodel,” premiering now on Loudwire.com. The song will be featured on the band’s upcoming sophomore release due out later this year. Eve to Adam spoke about the new single saying, “Straitjacket Supermodel was inspired by the TV show Dexter. We wrote a song that we envisioned would play in Dexter’s head as he prepares to kill. The song is still ETA, but with a more modern edge. It’s EVE TO ADAM 2.0.
