For starters, what bands were you guys a part of prior to Triple Goddess?
How long has the band been around?

We were a part of Cut it Out!, Merit, and several other short lived
endeavors. Triple Goddess has been around for two years.

What’s the origin of that name and have you changed the band’s name
before?

There’s a lot of deep and ancient mysticism behind the meaning of the
Triple Goddess, which we leave to interpretation. But in some regards, they
were viewed as muses.

Who writes your songs? What are the main themes or topics for most of your
songs and do you think these topics will change over time?

Sometimes we are all in the same room riding the same energy. Other times
Frank or Pep will come up with an idea, and we run off that. The main
themes or topics for most of our songs are women, rock, and working for a
living. That is who we are, so no matter what there will always be songs
about one of those topics. Also, life experiences really impact themes or
topics of songs, so the more experiences we have the more places for songs
to go.

What bands are currently inspiring the music that you’re making?

Anything with good riffs, catchy melody, and a steady groove will usually
get us movin.

Was there a particular band/artist or concert that inspired you to start a
band?

There isn’t a particular band. It was more all of us hanging together and
listening to all kinds of rock while freeing our minds. After a while of
doing that, mixed with a trip to the Catskill Mountains...the rock was born.

What do you do to prepare for a show?

Flexing, exercises, ect … zen, rock, whiskey....roast a few bones

What has been the biggest highlight of the band’s career so far?

Hearing our songs on 933 WMMR, an iconic Philadelphia radio station that us
as well as our friends and families grew up listening to.

If you could tour with any bands, past or present, who would they be and
why?

Van Halen or Van Haggar, they had some of the best live energy of any band.
Free is another band that had great live energy and tons of emotion in
their playing. Hell, If ACDC or GnR wanna call us too, the line is open...

Is there anything else you would like to add?

It’s a long way to the top if ya wanna rock n roll...
