How long has the band been around?

Difficult to say, BNAF has been on and off for 10+ years now. With no current original members at the moment.

What’s the origin of that name and have you changed the bands name before?

It has always been the same name and we don’t really remember how the name came about.

Who writes your songs? What are the main themes or topics for most of your songs and do you think these topics will change over time?

Our lead vocalist iRod writes the songs, and a lot of our songs are based around mental illnesses such as anxiety, depression, and addiction. We write about things that bother us that we feel many others can relate to as well. These themes are likely to change in time, these lyrical themes are just a snapshot of where we are in time.

What bands are currently inspiring the music that you’re making?

I See Stars, Bring Me The Horizon, Linkin Park, The Used, I Prevail, Post Malone, Killswitch Engage, We Came As Romans, Breaking Benjamin, A Day To Remember, etc.

Was there a particular band/artist or concert that inspired you to start a band?

Green Day back in 2000s.

What do you do to prepare for a show? Any flexing, exercises, ect …

Put ourselves in a healthy state of mind and be relaxed about it with no stress and just have a good time while providing a good time for our audience as well.

What has been the biggest highlight of the band’s career so far?

Opening for We Came As Romans this past year. They are such an influential band to us all.

If you could tour with any bands, past or present, who would they be and why?

Linkin Park with Chester Bennington because exposure and we are big fans. Also wished we got to see them while Chester was still here.

Is there anything else you would like to add?

Nope!
