On this day, November 4th, in 1970 English singer David Bowie released his third studio album ‘The Man Who Sold the World’ via Mercury Records. Receiving mixed reviews from critics Bowie’s third album did overall remarkably well in numerous markets in the US, Uk as well as Germany and Japan. ‘The Man Who Sold the World’ spawned singles such as ‘The Supermen’, ‘After All’, and ‘She Shook Me Cold’.
