On this day, November 28th, in 1984 American musician Prince released his ( and The Revolution’s) single ‘I Would Die 4 U’ via Warner Brother Records. Part of the album ‘Purple Rain’ the track would chart high and continue to hold strong in the many years to come. Following Prince’s death, the track would re-chart on the Billboard Hot 100.
