This Day In Music History: August 26th

On this day, August 26th, in 1997 American rock band Creed released their debut album “My Own Prison” via their label Wind-up. The album was well received and quickly became one of the best selling albums of all times. The album had hit tracks such as “Pity for a Dime”, “Sister”, and “One”.  The album would go on to sell 6 million copies and certify platinum 6x by the RIAA. Listen below!
