Look at the end of the day, when all is said and done, how you do your job doesn't matter to me as long as your shortcomings don’t affect my job. But the second your shortcomings affect my job is when it starts getting to me. You were hired for a reason and are getting paid for a reason, you have requirements to meet. Instead of wasting your time mumbling ‘ I don’t care’ and shrugging left and right, step up to the plate and do your job.
