Queer Bands You Don't Want To Miss Out On

Here are five queer bands that deserve more recognition:

  1. 4th Curtis:
They’re an indie-rock trio combined of gay and trans members. The band is based out of St. Paul, Minnesota and their songs are about deeply honest issues and themes such as  disability, gayness, transness, and mental illness.  Formed in October of 2015, the band describes themselves as crippled pop, which is similar to cripple punk- but with piano. They could be compared to early Marina and the Diamonds and “better written Disney Channel music”.
For Fans Of: The Unicorns and Guided By Voices.
