Today, Rage Against The Machine lit a fire underneath all of our asses, surprising us all with a ton of really cryptic messages. Massive posters were spread wide across the streets of Los Angeles leading fans to a website named Prophets of Rage. This coincided with a Twitter post from the band leading them to Prophets of Rage as well.

If you were lucky enough to get on the website when it hadn't crashed due to traffic you would see a countdown leading to June 1st and an option to subscribe to their email updates. Sign up for that update and you receive yet another cryptic message stating “Clear the way for the Prophets of Rage. The party’s over summer 2016.”

Prophets of Rage is not only a Rage tribute band, but a song by Public Enemy. What does that mean? We have NO idea, but it's highly speculated that a reunion tour is going to be announced on June 1st. No one associated with the band has commented, but our pal Chuck D has been posting Rage Against The Machine videos on YouTube. Coincidence? Only time will tell!
