Jason Hook (ex-Five Finger Death Punch) has returned with a new project called Flat Black. The band have signed with Fearless Records for their upcoming album and they will also be joining Godsmack on tour. Hook commented:

“I feel like Flat Black is a secret I’ve been keeping for three years. It’s finally time to unleash this band on the world. I’m grateful to Sully from Godsmack for giving us the chance to get out on the road and play for such an amazing group of fans.”

He continued:

“As a musician, I crave freedom and I wasn’t ready to stop creating. Life is short. We all want to feel satisfied and happy with what we are trying to accomplish in life.”
