It's been two years since Bloc Party has annouced thier second hiatus (the first was in 2010) from performing or recording. Earlier this morning, the band released a statement saying they will be performing at the FYF festival in Los Angeles on August 22nd. The performance will likely be altered, because of the departure of drummer Matt Tong and bassist Gordon Moakes.
